It was recently brought to my attention that the "Jobs" sections of the website were not easy to use and simply did not work. I have fixed the "Jobs" sections so they do in fact now work. In order to post there, you must sign up as a "Buyer" by clicking on the "Freelance Entrance" link to the left and selecting the "Sign Up" link next to "Buyers". Follow the registration process. Once you have registered, you will use your "Buyer" username and password to post a job in the "Jobs" area. Just to be clear, the Freelance area is for limited asterisk support, projects, and specific needs that are not ongoing. The Jobs section is an area to post permanant job opportunities. Thanks! |

Asterisk Helpdesk Freelance section does not block the posting of direct contact information to help facilitate easy communication between "Gurus" and "Customers". We do ask that if you use this site to make contact and do business, that you do come back and place a bid. When the work is complete, it is imperative that you come back and close out your project. Please select the "Guru" who performed the work or support and give them appropriate feedback. This will ensure that the "Gurus" get the proper recognition that they deserve (as well as the customers). This will help future people conducting business through this portal similar to the way Ebay's feedback system works. If you were provided great support, programming, development or whatever your project entailed, please give credit where credit is due.

Asterisk Helpdesk offers a "Asterisk Guru" (Freelance) feature so those in need of Asterisk Services can easily meet up with Asterisk Gurus who can fill those needs.
For clarification, FREE means that Asterisk Helpdesk makes nothing on the use of this service. Asterisk Gurus are paid by the Customers after the bidding process and work has been completed. Payment can be made directly to the Asterisk Guru or you can utilize our Escrow service.
Please click on the Terms of Service and FAQs links to the left. By registering on Asterisk Helpdesk, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
The system is totally FREE for everyone and will remain that way indefinitely as a way for us to give back to the Asterisks Community, however, a 2.9% fee plus $.30 will be added to PayPal money transfers because that is what it costs us.
You start with a $1 signup bonus and if you refer people using the link provided to you after login, when they signup you will earn an addtional $1 per referral.
I will be adding to the FAQs and a Privacy Policy shortly. FAQs will be added as the questions come in. Privacy Policy = your information stays with us unless you make a agreement with a Guru or Customer. I will be sure to put that all in legalease very shortly.
Please register and give it a try. If something doesnt work right or looks funny, let me know.
Thanks,
Steve Totaro |
